Sweet honey wine was one of the first fermented beverages in early civilization. Today we are continuing the tradition of fermenting local honey with fruit, herbs and spices into delicious dessert wines.

Wildflower Mead

This very sweet mead has a copper luminescence with bright floral aromas of orange blossoms and spring honey. Flavors of ripe figs and caramelized peaches will open up to a full bodied sweetness that envelops your palate with a decadent 16% of residual honey left to linger on the lips. Pair this with ripe Camembert cheeses, Thai curry, and Strawberry Cheesecake.
