Zoll Cellars Winery has been producing award winning hand crafts wine, cider & mead since 2009 in the cellar of Pastry Chef & Vintner, Frank Zoll’s residence. Frank Zoll grows his own grapes in Shrewsbury and Lancaster Massachusetts and sources the finest fruit from small family farms from across New England to create his unique cuvee blends.

Frank Zoll graduated Johnson & Wales University in 1995 with his associates in Baking & Pastry Arts and went on to work for The Ritz Carlton Boston, Tavern on the Green, The Marriott Marquis, and Boston Copley Marriott as a Pastry Chef until 2005. He taught himself to make wine in 2001 from a family winemaking kit.
